dated gym obstructed view
the gym felt dated and lacked proper maintenance. some equipment was out of service. the advertised sea view from my room was partially obstructed, a disappointment given the premium paid. the noise levels at night proved disruptive because thin walls offered little sound insulation from adjacent rooms and hallway activity.

The little private beach was marvelous. The meals tasted perfect. I felt so spoiled by the chef and his staff. I felt valued here. It's a hotel that keeps on giving.

Wonderful Family Hotel Experience
great food private cove comfortable sunbeds easy access
The staff food and location impressed me. I also appreciated the private cove, it was a great addition. Our balcony had comfortable sunbeds. The hotel is close to palma which provides easy access for sightseeing.
The gym and hallways smelled of mould.

The room provided crisp white sheets along with sufficient space. The bathroom had good cosmetics. There were also baskets available for beach towels providing convenience for beach outings, it was really useful.

The hotel is located in a quiet area. This creates a nothing noisy. A bus stop is very close to the hotel. This provides easy access to palma. I found the area to be accessible and convenient.

The family who own the hotel are very committed. The staff are attentive. The team is involved in all aspects. This includes helping with luggage.

private beach clean pools tropical atmosphere
The hotel has a private beach cove with clear water. I appreciated the several swimming pools each maintained very clean. The hotel provides glamorous decor. The palm trees create a tropical oasis atmosphere. The secluded location offers peace.
The elevator was slow during peak hours.
